Allendale Square Redevelopment

Designlincd have been appointed as the Retail Design Management team, working with the Project Team to re-invigorate the city precinct on St Georges Terrace, a vital meeting point within the PERTH CBD business district.


Claremont Quarter – Stage 2

Designlincd were responsible for the Design Review Management of 80 proposed tenancies. This included the relocation and co-ordination of existing Retailers and new Retailers to Claremont. Claremont Quarter is now a Fashion leader and a highlight in Perth’s Shopping Centres. This is an ongoing project and Designlincd remain actively involved in the evolution of Claremont Quarter.


Cockburn Gateway – Stage 3

Working for Novion Property Group (CFS) as Retail Design Manager WA, overseeing the re-development of 70 Retail tenancies. Other Centres inclusive in this period included the day to day Retail Design approvals for Midland Gate Shopping Centre and Belmont Forum.


Enex100 – St Georges Terrace – Perth

Designlincd were responsible for the delivery of the Design Review Management and undertook the Tenancy Co-ordination, as a result a highly successful Centre opened for trading, with 100% trading on opening day. 45 tenancies. Enex100 is a Perth leader in Food offerings within the City Centre and Food outlet design.


Claremont Quarter – Stage 1

Designlincd were responsible for the Design review and tenancy Co-ordination of 60 proposed tenancies. This included the relocation and co-ordination of existing Retailers and new Retailers to Claremont. Reporting of design progress, cost reporting and cost variation finalization of Consultants and Main Contractor works.


Wesley Quarter

Designlincd undertook the Design Review Management and Tenancy Co-ordination within the parameters of a Heritage Listed building in the City Centre. 20 tenancies.


Cockburn Gateway Shopping City

Stage II – WA – Karen Ford worked in conjunction with Roxby Architects to deliver approximately 60 tenancies, doing both the tenancy co-ordination, cost reporting, progress review and design review of all specialty retail tenancies, working with all members of the project team.


Livingston Marketplace

Stage II – WA – Karen was the Small Shops Design Manager and Tenancy Co-coordinator for the project, liaising with leasing agents, retailers, consultants and shop fitters while maintaining cost control and reporting to the client. Approx 35 tenancies.


Whitfords City

WA – Karen acted as the Small Shops Design Review Manager, and was responsible for the design review of the tenancies. Approx. 60 tenancies.


Kingsway City Shopping Centre

WA – Karen project managed all aspects of the tenancies for this project, Design Review and co-ordination, including the writing and compilation of the Architectural Design Guide. Approx 35 tenancies.
