Our Project Management and Tenancy Coordination is systems-based, using a database programming and organisational tool that Designlincd has formulated through many years in the Retail Project Management and Design Review industry.

Our database system includes the retailers, designers, shopfitters, leasing companies, project developers, consultants and construction companies we’ve worked with during our years of association with the industry. It provides live data reporting, both for project progress, cost control, and reporting for all parties, lessor and lessee. Should we not have you on our database system as yet, we look forward to adding you as another happy customer.



Keeping up to speed with best design practice in the retail industry is a challenge we welcome. By producing the Retail Design Guidelines for our projects, we assist both our clients and the project team to ensure trends are current and design and coordination of all aspects of the process are considered.
